About the Role

As a Learning & Development Facilitator, you will create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs for corporate clients
• Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses
• Create engaging e-learning content, workbooks, and facilitator guides
• Deliver workshops in-person and virtually via Zoom/Teams
• Evaluate program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Model or similar
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content current

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in corporate training or instructional design
• Proficiency in e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
• Exceptional facilitation and public speaking skills
• Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field
• ATD or CIPD certification is an advantage
