Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee engagement strategies and programs
• Plan and execute team-building events, retreats, and recognition programs
• Conduct employee pulse surveys and analyze results to drive action
• Collaborate with HR leaders to align engagement with business goals
• Develop communication campaigns to reinforce company values
• Measure and report on engagement metrics and trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development
• Strong project management and event planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in survey tools (Culture Amp, Glint)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a bonus
